Motorland

At first sight, Motorland Aragón may look like any other racing circuit of the modern era, but the layout actually holds a couple of unique challenges. Turn 16 – the hairpin at the end of the vast back straight – is among the slowest corners (40 km/h) on the entire calendar, preceded by the hardest braking zone of the year. The Turn 8/9/10 combination demands a smooth driving style, and puts a premium on the car’s change-of-direction ability. A technical venue and a representative home to the first race of the year.

THE DRIVER’S PERSPECTIVE

GUSTAV ON MOTORLAND ARAGÓN

Gustav“Motorland Aragón combines high speeds with technical corners – and I love that mix. The back straight is ultra-long and leads into the most extreme braking zone of the season. As far as I’m concerned, Motorland Aragón is the perfect place to kick off the FR3.5 campaign.”
